A retreat for Body and Mind

During this four-day weekend Yoga and Meditation retreat, you will go on a journey to explore the many faces of yoga, from its traditional roots to modern styles.

You will connect to your body, mind, and like-minded people through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices.


We will start on Thursday evening and end Sunday early afternoon. The yoga and mediation sessions are appropriate for people with basic knowledge of yoga and beyond. Five teachers will share their favourite yoga styles with you, from traditional Hatha sessions in the morning to more dynamic Vinyasa Flow, Shivanata Yoga and Forrest Yoga sessions during the day. Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga will calm your mind at night. Join us on an exploration of the many faces of Yoga.

Most classes will be taught in German, three sessions will be in English. Translation will not be provided.
